PHASES

Phase A | Jan-May 2026

It includes all common areas: 3 Elevator Lobbies, Gym Entrance, 1st Floor Corridor, 2nd Floor Executive Pantry, Main Boardroom, and Atrium.


Phase B | April-June 2026

This phase will deliver all the historical material on conference rooms and common areas in the first floor. We will work with Asplundh’s Team to curate the final selection of images to be featured in each conference room.


Phase C | May-Aug 2026

This phase will complete the installation of artworks throughout the common areas and corridors adjoining the conference rooms on the second and third floors, fully realizing the “Roots, Branches & Canopy” curatorial concept. On the second floor, contemporary works will anchor the executive conference room entrances and surrounding corridors, while the HR department will feature compositions with greater layering, texture, and visual depth. On the third floor, the “Canopy” theme expands outward from the elevator lounge into the shared spaces, creating a more immersive and cohesive environment. Within the Finance Department, the presentation shifts toward refined works on acrylic and paper, while the IT department introduces concept-driven series exploring systems, structure, repetition, and variation through interconnected visual themes.


Phase D | Jun-Sep 2026

This Phase will include all offices in Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Hotel & Legal sections. A pool of choices will be offered for all Tier 1 office holders to select artworks in dedicated sessions with the advisor team.
