PHASES

Phase A | Jan-Apr 2026

It includes all common areas: 3 Elevator Lobbies, Gym Entrance, 1st Floor Corridor, 2nd Floor Executive Pantry, Main Boardroom, and Atrium.


Phase B | Feb-May 2026

This phase will deliver all the historical material on conference rooms and common areas in the first floor. We will work with Asplundh’s Team to curate the final selection of images to be featured in each conference room.


Phase C | Mar-Jun 2026

This phase will deliver all the artworks for conference rooms in the second and third floors. In addition it will cover the conference rooms on the third floor. This Phase will see the full articulation of the Roots, Branches and Canopy concept.


Phase D | Jun-Sep 2026

This Phase will include all offices in Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Hotel & Legal sections. A pool of choices will be offered for all Tier 1 office holders to select artworks in dedicated sessions with the advisor team.
